Terms of Service

Full terms of service are being prepared. In the meantime, here is the short version: every Sterling Consulting Services engagement is scoped, priced, and agreed in writing before any work begins. That written scope — usually a proposal sent after the discovery call — is the operating agreement for the project. It covers what is included, what is not, the timeline, the payment schedule, and how revisions are handled.

Work is delivered one project at a time. Deposits are non-refundable once work has started, because the slot has been blocked out for you. Final files, source code, and brand assets are transferred to you on final payment.
